Regarding OTM tweaking the drops, they actually did. The weapon procs got changed. And the stat rings got boosted by 20. Mighty rings used to give 40/40 instead of 60/60. The braces stayed the same. However still alot of issues with the loot table unfortunately. And the 3 drops part just makes it even worse.

Congratulations guys, that's an awesome effort. The backstory is a nice touch too

Rosmerta got the same one, except longshot. Really horrible loot system.

Have a possible solution for making these fights less laggy in sewers. Make them small separate zones. Follow the link for further details.
