Most people level almost entirely from daily quests at this level.. I bet he/she's barely used a lix since 195ish.

It's an achievement regardless of how many people hit it. To level from 190-200 is a pain in the ass so congrats, Alt!

Yes it is definitely an achievement, but once it becomes common it doesn't seem as astounding to the general audience.

It's like when I got my first 99 a couple months ago in Runescape in the magic skill, I was damn proud of myself but if I told anybody they'd either just say cool or call me a noob but I can guarantee when the first few people hit 99 magic there were huge parties to celebrate it.
