Although if he had swapped em around it would have made a lot more sense, rangers are healers and rogues are tanks. My average heal is about 1452, 1500+ with my full amount of heal gear, and I know several rogues in my world with 4k+ health for the sole purpose of tanking.

Please show me a successful ranger tank lmfao(kiting isn't tanking buddy) trust me, if I can steal aggro from a 45 taunt, I'll take aggro from a ranger no problem.
