In carrowmore. The dragonlord bosses dont drop any rings. The bottom two rooms where the boggan flag is farthest south of the tribal tunnel are two rooms that dragonlord bosses spawn and dont drop any rings. The deep cavern if you go left the second room there is no boss (the one with an attached room). Also the fifth room continuing south is a dragonlord boss which does not drop any rings. Also if you go right of deep cavern the first room you come to (one that seems by itself) doesnt have a boss spawn there either. Giving you directions cause i'm guessing you havent been to any of these rooms.

I've never gotten a royal from the fairy mini bosses myself.

There isn't a boss in every room. There are two empty bolog rooms (shown correctly) and one scorpion. The empty scorpion room is the doubly connected room with almost no tunnel between - mini boss is in the right room left is empty.

You are still missing a fingals bear.
