Re: Does this make sense? Question for OTM

Just doing basic math.

Consider the dagger speed, in 190 seconds, that's 100 swings, and with an average 3% proc rate, that's 3 procs in 190 seconds.
The bow in 190 seconds will shoot 69 times only. With an average 4% proc rate, that's 2.76 procs in 190 seconds.

Rogues just pretty much complain about everything.
I think rogues should get more instant poison dmg skills that can break necro's immunity.

While I would normally agree that the procs should go up as the weapon gets better, it isn't correct to take weapons for two different classes and compare them.

So yes it makes sense, especially as Aileron was nice enough to do the calculations for us all. So actually shouldn't the bow get a better proc? XD
Belenus
Napstrike- 88+ DPS Rogue- Ninja Pirates
Napol- Ranger

Morrigan
Napol- 130+ Hybrid Ranger
Napol2- 83 DPS Rogue

Rogues need sneaky attack to be insta cast, shadowstrike also needs to miss less!
Lol. 1. Sneak Attack is one of the strongest skills in game, aside from perhaps ice shards if you have endgame boss gear. 2. Shadowstrike is probably the most op non-caster skill in the game. Its fast cooldown, instacast, about as much dmg as other class's commonly used skills, and is poison damage for Pete's sake.

Pls don't complain about rogue skills, sure, the skills on dl armor aren't all used by rogues. But it's the same for pretty much every other class. Some builds use some of the skills, not many builds use them all. Imo instead of complaining about the skills not fitting your build, you should be complaining that your build doesn't fit the skills. (Which honestly isn't a problem, since its easy to change builds. And if you like your build...so what? Just keep the build you have and don't worry about the odd skill or two you don't use).

As to OP... I agree with the others, dagger should have lower proc rate because it hits quite a bit faster. Now, if it was a spear...then I bet you the proc rate would be the same, due to speeds between most bows and spears being pretty similar.

Contrary to what many of you people think. OTM really does play CH, have any of you thought that maybe they haven't changed some parts of the game because A. It would cause more problems then it would fix. Or B. They can't fix it with the current game engine (hence why they are [hopefully] pushing along the new Destiny engine).

Also, they haven't really said much on forums for a few weeks. Does this mean the Destiny engine is about ready??
