Im aware clan banks are exempt from the rule . As I said these are high level plat buying players. And there is proof of sharing and other reliable people to the forums blue lettered people that even backed it up and admitted to it. Reguardless if it was a year or yesterday the rules were broken they should enforce their rules reguardless of the amout of play someone buys.

Otm isnt gonna take time to look back for a whole year of logs just to warn someone if they broke the rules. Prolly otm saw something not long ago and made the warning bc of that. U look in the comments the person u r talking abouts video and u see that he does all kinds of things that people get in trouble on forums for. He names and shames and he made sure to let everyone know in his comments on the video the persons real name that he was talking to in the video. He made the video private again prolly bc he doesnt want anyone to be able to see that this is all true.

My issue is that I feel like otm does allow players who spend a lot on platinum to get away with things such as these . And it's not fair. If you make rules make them apply to all. And if otm comments and says something like " the otm team does not show any favoritism to anyone " ok then prove it stand by what you say.

Don't forget that first and foremost it's a business. If their actions aren't costing them $ and they are still making $ then don't be surprised if nothing is done. $ talks BS walks. I don't know the people you're talking about but if their sharing is only sharing without detriment to the game then it's gonna be overlooked as long as it doesn't harm anything. I don't know exactly what Otm looks for before issuing a ban but I know for a fact that ppl get away with it in droves on Lugh.

While OTM has said this it does not appear in the TOS. I've read it many times.

In fact they can disable your account at any time for any and no reason.

Because the ominous clan bank rule isn't in the TOS something should be done to fix it so there dosent have to be formal definitions of what a clan bank is. Or obscure exceptions not found in the TOS but in arcane forum posts no one sees.

In reality they are prohibited because otm is not formally allowed by law to allow it since they signed the developer agreement and also are formally prohibited by law from even saying this is the case.

As I've said it's so easy to see when an account is shared you don't have to have a human do this. You can program it in simply and then just have a human double check if the player appeals.

The info that was given to ( mr blue letters ) was way over the line . Otm should not share any information whatsoever concerning warnings or bans with any ch player . This is bias and is way over the line . It makes me as a player very worried.

This is borderline naming and shaming—the number of guides is not large, and there is only one guide you frequently interact with. When I read the OP, I had a fairly good idea of who this was. But this is where you crossed the line. Accusing him with not a shred of visible evidence is a blatant attempt to circumvent the no-naming-and-shaming rule.

So please don't derail this . The tickets were sent but Bc they are high level /plat buyers and it "happened over a year ago " so only a warning was issued. Read before you write I've said this already.

They broke the rules they shared accounts .... They should be banned not warned period.
