I'm sick of IOS players thinkin that they are much more than Android players just because they got CH first. And tbh why would you even comment on Android discussion in the first place? IOS gets double exp and double gold events - Android doesn't. IOS has cool items and fashion from former events - Android doesn't. It's not gamers fault that game was released later for our platform. We DO NOT ask for free stuff. We ask for a fair chance to BUY chests and TRY to get what we want and what we need. That's all.

ahh as far as i know, ios only got one double xp and gold event, and it turned out to be a disaster with ksing, arguments between clans and players, etc. Was not a good time and im pretty sure otm would agree.

Well I disagree... if Devs brought all the vendors and chests back, I'd need a second job to buy more plat. I buy plat obviously. Not for the random lix (which 2 of them are practically useless) or the multiple bank and backpack expansions.. (who needs that many expansions?). I buy plat for the fash.. which after the results from the Halloween event..I've lost confidence in getting anything remotely cool (drop rate is so bad). So yea, if they brought those vendors back I'd be happy but poor. If they don't then I'd be spending a lot less real money. Cause at 190.. all you can really look forward too is fash.. new gear is cool.. but doesn't really help if server population is low. Because even the great and powerful Chelu can't solo event bosses. "This is the word of Cam" Amen.

Still, its like starting ch on ios now then getting pissy cuz its almost impossible to get a reaper ring...

MyPoint aggy brace is that at least there are some and if you offered a ridiculous price then you have a chance to get it. The only time where your argument would be valid would be if they opened another ios server. Then I could understand your objections. The difference is we haven't had ch for 4 years. We've had it for 1. Which means that at least 8 or more events we never got a chance to experience. On ios servers you have a chance to get things you want. On android we don't because don't exist. That's the point I was trying to make.

Although others will disagree with me, I do not think this a great idea. I for one spent a good amount of money collecting pieces of blue lanrik so that I would be one of the few with the set. If chests were to come out (again) for older items, my lanrik would be devalued.

I get that iOS has had some cool things in the past, but I just don't think this is necessary. Plus, I'd rather OTM work on bug fixes and horizontal content for the future of both iOS and Android then create an event just for us.

I'm sorry but it's just plain selfish to say that all of android shouldn't have the option of previous fashion and lux because your blue larnik set would be devalued. I've spent close to a mil collecting hunter. I'm currently the only one on the server with spooky white. I got it because I think it looks cool not because of it's value.

I have a ton of comrack gear that I could make millions easily because comrack is a very rare spawn now. I say bring him back. Who cares if it devalues the gear.

Someone paid half a million on ios for the same pathfinder gear I've accumulated. Seriously? Half a mil for 1 piece? I'm sorry but it's collectors that collect so they can make 900 percent profit that will be against this idea.

The thing us we don't even have the option to buy certain things even for some crazy price because it's not even available.

I am not saying this idea is awful solely because of my blue lanrik... It was more of an example that I thought others would be able to agree with. Had I and surely others known that these chests were coming back for a second time, we would not have spent what we have for these sets of fashion.

Also, I get that the past luxury on iOS is nice, but that will change once android has been out for a couple events. Anyways won't people in future just say "we didn't join android in the first year, let's have a throwback weekend"? There would be no point in having events if they just keep coming back.

Olex has a point. Fashion is kinda boring after awhile. Why bring back the old stuff when otm could bring us new content thats not events. Yes i admit the old stuff is nice. But its not all that. What most people dont have is peitence. Everyone wants everything now and not have to wait. I admit yes i want something for otm to give us andriod players and thats the leader boards. Events arnt even worth it. Ive stopped preticepating in the events. Samhain event i stopped after the first hour. The point im trying to make is if you want people to stay and not quit then let otm do their damn job. Who cares how long it takes. Most people would rather have new horizontal content the events. If you havent read ios posts then you probubly should. They arnt mainly complaining about events. They are complaining about being bored because there isnt any new content. Most of them prefer expansions like the tower that will be coming. Otm gives us events not to make us want more and better events. They give it tous so that we have something to do while we wait for horizontal contet to come out

I completely agree with the New content. First and foremost I'd take New areas and bosses over what I suggested but I just figured I'd put it out there and see what people thought. And just like I said in a couple previous responses, i didn't nessecerily mean bring back stuff that we have already got a chance at. If they bring back things that never existed on the servers to begin with then it doesn't make a difference in the rarity of what already exists. It just gives players more options of things to pick from other than 4 events worth of fashion and items.

I see the one gentleman's point on how he got blue lanrik because He wanted to be the only one to have and I myself have rare items That are one of a kind on my server. I however and, many i talked to on my server before making this post, feel that we play for fun and don't really care if there's 1 of something or 50 of them as long as we enjoy what we have. Also, the economy on our server is for the most part only between about 30 people anyways because there's not many rare things or people making large amounts of gold other than us. The way I see it, what I suggested would not only give people a fresh reason to buy plat but will also boost the economy on the server with more items that people May not have already flying around. It also lines OTM's pockets with more revenue which means more content because they can afford to pay their people to develop it.

If they brought back Hunter or lanrik, which I'd absolutely love, it wouldnt be like they just drop all the stuff on the server by the thousands and say "have fun". People would still have to spend plat to get chests and play their chances. Another thing they could do is just release 1 chest with every previous event chest inside it and let us gamble on it. This would solve the issue that OLEK had about his lanrik. Yes people may possible get but their chances would be drastically reduced due to the fact that 8 chests worth of items would be in there instead of just 1. However, that may end up causing people like Chelu (He mentioned the drop rate in Samhain chests was extremely low) from buying the chests because it means the things they really want will be less likely to get.

During Beltane, when the Phoenix chests were released, I got a fabled Phoenix glider on the first chest I opened (which had been the first time OTM had introduced mounts on android) and when people saw it they got so excited they bought plat to try and get one. I know someone who bought 100 chests just to try for a glider. Now there still is maybe 10 at most on the server which means it's still valuable and rare but I was happy when others got them because it meant I didn't get 20 trade offers a day to buy it. And others got to enjoy the sweet ride.

I love that people are discussing it though and I think some good points are being made so lets keep talking and see if we can all attract OTM's attention and let them decide If it sounds reasonable. They do a lot of things based off player opinions so the more opinions we give the better their decision making will be.

Btw. I would like to point out that New content is always good but at The end of the day OTM makes money off people buying plat, not off people bossing. If they make more money then that are happy. If they are happy then they make more content which makes us happy.
