@LeGenDzZ - I started leveling a druid because our clan had so few main druids and got him to lvl 60 (was power leveling with my ranger) before boredom with that set in. I have mad respect for anyone leveling a druid to 190+ as they are a major pain to level given their low DPS.

@Noodle - agreed, there is only so many times you can do the same quest/grind repeatedly. For people with 7 high level alts apparently thats at least 7 times. For me, apparently its only once. lol

@Lady - I hope so and I hope that crafting/mounts will help. However, if the level cap is 240 with tower I don't know if I can grind my way to 240

I disagree with druids having low dps. One thing Im having difficulties leveling a druid at the moment is the rez usage, often pulling aggro from lixing partners and dying as a result.

Get an OP rogue alt legendz, rogues have very high aggro gain so u can stay safe. If ur getting aggro off partners they must be warriors (as they have low aggro gain without taunt or warcry), because even when druid's dps can be great and outdps others, they have low dps in short length fights, so getting aggro with a druid on lvling mobs is definitely odd.

I start pulling aggro whenever I buff and heal. I only die at times, lucky to have an intelligent lixing partner who attacks mobs that start attacking me and tries their best keeping aggro.

A game can only hold a person's interest for a limited time, especially if you play it every single day. It's rare for a game to be played for years. Just think of all the games you've played in the past, including your XBox or Playstation games. An MMO usually gets played for 1-2 years (for those who reached end-game), if you play it beyond that, then it's not the game that's keeping you playing, but the online friendships you've made. I doubt there's anything OTM can add to this game can keep anyone if you don't have that.

as to boredom of levelling an Alt. There have been posts over the years asking for Class specific beginner quests.

If they had added 1 set of these per update by now it would be less painful to go though the Ground Hog Day of levelling Alts.


I have gotten bored over the last (nearly) 3 years and have found a total break is best for me. Each time I find another game eg Minecraft or Skyrim etc etc I come back later to CH and feel interested again.

Down side is that you lose contact with ingame friends and as people seem to leave in spurts you may find whole clans gone.

Still you make new friends hopefully and reconnect with old ones.
