They cannot tell in my opinion because lets say MY ign is jeff27 but my forum name is andrew78. I could be impersonating andrew78 but if you go by the logic of if the ign on forums matches an ign on ch then making that assumption can come into problems because i am not andrew i am jeff, but it seems like im andrew cuz it says it as my forum name

Unless you take great pains, despite some restrictions on iDevices about tracking, it is extremely simple to get all ign from forum activity. Just sayin.
