2) if so, which appstore will release the update first?

There's more than one AppStore?

I think he is talking about a different AppStore for different regions. In past updates there have been countries there it would not show a CH update after a few hours of it being released while other countries get it instantly.

And for this reason I have 2 itunes accounts. one for the US, and one for Australia. Been using both to get first access to game releases. though switching accounts can be annoying. -While Celtic heroes is in that market, not all the offerwall apps are...
