Is this an actual reset or just server downtime?

I'm not sure what you're asking because server downtime IS a restart...?

Also, are servers not up yet? I'm just getting bumped back to the main screen after the "Connecting..."

He means that resets usually just takes a couple minutes, like if they are putting up a sale or something. Server downtime means it's unavailable for an extended period because OTM could be patching (sneaking in nerfs) the game or doing some sort of server maintenance.

Are the,servers,back up yet, or have they changed the addresses again. Because I can't log in just get a loop to touch screen to start and not servers unavailable message.

I wish they will give free plat like 10 less cause i never buy plat in this game and i need like one thing for play like extra hotbar but i can't get it if i tryed to connect to facebook or twitter the buttom in the game don't work !!!

You can buy event chests from players for in game gold. Which sometimes give you plat. A chance of anywhere from 60 plat -4k plat
