In my clan on fingal once you are recruited you become a clansmen, we want anyone feeling below anyone else....lol

I'm not aware of our recruit length. But I did want to put in that if you're a recruit in our clan you don't get to bid DKP on end game items. You can still accumulate DKP though. Once you become a clansman you can bid. Recruit for us is like a probationary period for new members, or punishment for existing clan members that are naughty.

Infection on Herne could possibly take months to be invited. And once ur in u still have to wait a long time to be premoted.

I think its fine, if he got in the vote then he'll most likely be good enough after a couple weeks, if we have doubts we extend that period. To get further promoted (beyond clansman) thats something else, Im in clan over 3 years and a General for a month+.

That was how they were, until they lost grip of Herne and invited almost anyone.

I think two weeks should be the longest anyone should have to wait to be a member of the clan. Unless they come from a new clan or have a shady background. Quite demotivating working for drops and not getting anything for 2+ weeks...

That's what I did and decided to join the clan I liked and now we're top. Seems to have worked out
