You also have to be in the castle to receive the bounties. I prefer to do bounties and lvl up that way more than lixing, mainly cause it's free to lvl from bounties

There will still be new fashion, right? Doing away with events is kinda dumb.... this just mean that otm doesn't really have a deadline to push stuff out, which means that we will probably be waiting a lonnngg time for next update again....

Samhain had to be skipped as there was too short a release cycle between Tides of Fate and Samhain

Focus on permanent content is good, but for yule it wouldn't hurt to have some christmas decorations in the castle, a tree, snow in lirs, perhaps a quest or two as well. Nothing big that would take away from work on the main content; just enough to give the atmosphere of a seasonal event.

The most important question is: will it snow in Lirs again like in Yule 2014?!

No Samhain this year I am afraid, a bigger focus on permanent content means it got bumped this year.

Might see what I can do about getting a mini event running for the weekend.
