For open beta, pretty much all levels are accepted. I've seen all sorts of levels in there. Apply and see if you get let in. I'm pretty sure you will be.

Speaking of resets, any updates as to the eta of a winter event? Or how about that mount screenshot? I'll be holding on to my plat for new event!
