unless the rogues and rangers are doing something wrong, a mage will almost never kill a chaos boss except for edl 205 or 210.

As for mage locking. A group of mages will almost always outlock a group of rangers and rogues on edl. A mage will not outlock a ranger or rogue at eg bosses

Really wonder what build and skills you are using and what rangers and rogues you have in your clan. No offense, but rangers and rogues always get kills on raids, even a dps warrior defeats mages.

If a mage is getting kills on dl/edl and raid all the time, yes they are.

45 firebolt,
Level 40 lure
Rest in ice shards

Those rogues n rangers need to go Pure Focus too to outlock ya !

Hrung is the only boss I've managed to take kill off, and I was probably super lucky and avoiding adds.

Mages are actually trash because of lack of divine damage. My fire bolt would do like 150% of a decked out rogue's auto attack. It's disgusting.

I've had so many 6 * kills Maybe your gear isn't the greatest but I am very confident about my gear and set up:) my clan has build me pretty well lol

They're talking aggy, hrung, mord, necro, proteus, gele. These are typically rogue or Ranger kills. Event bosses and rev and crag are usually mage kills.
