Because that's their job. When things go poorly people complain. When things go well players praise.

Yea, everytime an awesome new update is about to come out there are always a few grouches that have to hate on everything... who would want to play with players like that?

If a company can't handle customer complaints or negative feedback and their poor ol' feelings get hurt so they don't try to work hard anymore, then they are in the wrong business.

So you'd be ok with the inability to equip your hotbarred gear, cast skills, inability to turn in quests, mobs taking 0 damage, etc? This would lead to a lot of complaints and them having to continually shut down the servers to fix the bugs.

Or we can wait so we can have a game that is fully enjoyable.

Taking your food out of the microwave early ensures that you get to eat faster. This is fine if you're ok with partially cooked food.
