Why don't you ask OTM to increase the max lvl to lvl 500 or maybe lvl 1000. So endgamer will not bored, and continue to lvling. More lvling means more lixing and more fun.

The problem is not in the level cap, the problem is that OTM is making it easier and easier to reach that level cap and caring more about new players than old loyal players.
I've seen too many people come to Arawn, spend a couple hundreds to thousands and act like they own the place, and quit a few weeks later.
I'm afraid that those people are OTM's target audience

I'm playing for 8 months and my highest lvl is 130+.
It's so hard to lvl in CELTIC HEROES. Play 5 hrs. In a day.
I play WAR OF RINGS for 1 month and I lvl to 130+. Play 5 hrs. In a day.

Lol the server has been live for what 2 weeks and people are upset about not getting the drops they need.

Levelling should be easier than it is, OTM has done a lot but still not enough.

The grind for good gear at endgame is bad enough that levelling should not be the difficult part of the game, yet it still takes 100-200 hours to get to max level (with lixes).
