If this is your case it's definitely useless I'd rather use a spiritseed charm than that against anything e.g. Lol
You are missing the point, and the obvious pic.

Chaos wraiths are divine dmg only, only divine dmg or unresistable dmg can hurt them... much like necro adds.

Additionally, it will do the same dmg on a lv 1 that it would do on gelebron. The only thing that can nerf the dmg is if you are a lower lv then the target in question.

When people are hitting low on a boss due to the insane armor/resist, it may help a little to throw one of these to your tank(provided your druids/tank can handle it), itll add up.

Basically another form of divine damage...

The fact it has no level requirement makes it quite obviously the best possible misc slot item to equip on a level 1 toon. Since the weakest sunfire charms have level requirements of 50, 75 and 100 (10, 20 and 30 elemental damage), this pendant is the best possible misc slot item to use while leveling from 1-100. At level 100, the ice crystal brooch becomes the best. As far as endgame, I don't see any obvious way it could be utilized. Hotbar swap when you take aggro?

While I do collect historical items like these, I don't sacrifice gold or gear that I can utilize to win bosses in order to obtain them. My toons are decked out, so I don't mind dumping gold on novelty items. Many people in Sulis would drop a few mills on a pendant like this one. The odds of another ruby skull fire pendant dropping within the next 12 months are close to zero. There likely hasn't even been one on every server yet, and this is definitely the first in Sulis.

Can't imagine losing kills to a ranger in 2019.

Have you tested the damage on gele? If it equates to the wraiths 10-20 dmg is not better than a tank using his auto
... a tank can use his auto and the charm.

Any form of divine dmg or unresistable dmg is great for raid bosses, as it has no armor to go through.

I can't test on gele, due to me being 191, but when a naked lv 1 punches me and a 210 edl rogue punchs me and it does the same dmg that shows that resistance or armor means nothing in this equation.

Well if you are only 191 I wouldn't hold this theory useful as most tanks are not going to risk multiple deaths just for a speculation for 10-20 dmg over say a gara/skain tank set or just a hp/dex defense charm

As a rogue myself I would never use this since when we kill bosses I usually never get agro even on spirits

You are kidding right?

Just because someone is a certain level doesn't mean anything about their experience. That is toxic thinking to assume someone's knowledge solely based on that, as leveling is NOT hard.

Now, onto the topic at hand.

-Its more of a tank charm, or low lv, or soloing charm(in certain situations)

-If your tanks and druids actually are any good, they will live. In any case, the more damage you can do the better, but you also don't want to die. You want to maximize effectiveness by doing as much as possible on as little hp as possible(while living of course), which as an example is why I'm a glasscannon mage.
