I do enjoy the new content and so many tweaks that have come along with them. OTM has done a great job and I'm sure that CG update will be great.
That being said, events were fun and it would be nice to see new boss drops/event lux on the market...

What if we looked into creating a few of these seasonal style events and rotated them every year? Then, you could have some of the seasonal content; it's a bit more permanent, but it doesn't repeat every single year to add some variety?

I love both the seasonal and horizontal content, but the seasonal had downsides. Having them going months and months on end got very boring and exhausting to camp. I personally would like to see two seasonal events per year, but only last 2-3 weeks tops (and no camp windows!) ...that would truly be an event. After the event is over, the boss can be recoded as legacy. The legacy bosses we have now are becoming more and more usless for end game players (and boring). Only a select few items are wanted from them and it’s a shame end game clans have to compete with mid game clans for decent Shadow Strike rings and recast charms for example . But I’m hoping Corrupted Gardens brings new items that make these low level bosses useless for us.

Im a bit tired of seasonal content. As I said, events were very good up until Beltane 2014 and everything after that became meh. I’d rather see new areas... this game lacks in areas to explore (one thing I love about open world MMOs). Nothing gets me more excited than seeing a whole new area to explore.

What type of creative events? Like fan art contests?

He means the Beltane, Ostara, Samhain and Yule events. Would be a few months centered on each event that had seasonal bosses, fashion and quests. The legacy bosses we have now are from these seasonal events.

Correct. Even the small touches, like snow on the ground during Yule, the hat trash collection quests, and other small things would be nice.
