SoldiersOfJah in Sulis pretty active in european timezones since many there are from Europe.
Anyway, because of high competition in server, bosses go usually down on spawn (unless griefed lol). Because of this, people from Australia and America get to quite a few bosses too.
Overall, Sulis is weak at about 9am-1pm GMT most.
