A 'hard' enrage is a time limit on a fight, and once it's reached the fight is effectively over. Currently Bloodthorn's hard enrage isn't functioning as intended, so we're restoring this functionality.What does the term 'hard' enrage mean? Is there also a 'soft' enrage? I'm confused lol.

#12Man, 90% of the feedback on the beta was to make the boss challenging without needing 40 people to kill it. A lot of the changes this update were great but I think Bloodthorn needs to be reconsidered.This was requested by players during beta to add an extra level of challenge to the boss, and it's feedback we've taken on board and acted on.

#13so hold up.. you took the feedback from most likely closed beta from players around whole game with probs many players who have best gear on their servers and decided to OP the boss... let me guess that Ranking bug was actually y'all killing the boss to see if he can die with one hit..

#15I love the concept of a hard enrage but by adding a heal skill during the fight this will make it impossible to beat the enrage, unless the heal skill is part of this 'hard' enrage to make it impossible to zerg.

#16at least zerg kill makes you enjoy the time killing one of 3 good bosses in game... Now we will figure out a strategy that will make boss be a 25 min kill. #18People wanted a boss like necro that was fun, challenging and didn't require 40 people. But that went over your heads and went complete opposite direction. Now it's requiring even more people to beat the hard enrage.

#19Am I the only one that feels like the open beta testers had to walk back just about every recommendation the closed beta testers had?
A “hard” rage is a new mechanic, I’m not sure if it was present on open beta. And personally I feel like it’s a terrible idea.
Literally overnight BT has changed from an interesting challenge to something most clans won’t even bother with. Which is exactly counter to OTM’s intent that eg players move away from existing bosses. Well, BT gear looks excellent, and thank you for listening to our feedback, but if it’s impossible to kill clans wont be moving on.
