Server morrigan. iPad Air 2, get in for a few seconds then crash. Turned down graphics, still crashes. Does not matter what I do. This was in carrowmore and also murkyvalts.

Also IPad mini 2, same but can’t even stay in 3 seconds. Was ok at start but then got worse. Again in all areas.

Both working on IOS 12.0.1 (16A404)

I have my graphics, draw distance, and detail distance as low as they can go and the game is still extremely laggy. Everyone in my clan besides a very small amount of players have this problem the the moment. Android and IOS users alike.

Big framerate drop for me. Used to run at 40-60 FPS, now on same settings it's about 10-20 when moving or rotating camera.

iPhone 6- I crash seconds after logging in any zone no matter what I do.

Devices: iPhone 5s and iPad 3rd gen
Location of crashes:
iPhone 5s crashes after character log in and when the game loads. After you are loading into any area in the game and you try to move it instantly crashes. Tested 20+ times. Device has storage and clear cashe and is the latest software 12.01.
ipad 3rd gen: will load the game if I’m on the lowest graphics settings but is very laggy and if you try to travel anywhere by foot it crashes in seconds. I can however travel by ley as long as I don’t move after.

Locations of crash: fignals cave, summoning, castle, global arena, shalemont, Arcane, and corrupted gardens. All areas are crashing when I try to move in the area.

Both devices using the latest iOS software

Hi, game will not load up? Displays one thumb mobile then goes completely black, have re installed multiple times and restarted phone. I'm on latest android

iPhone 5, Android one.
Frames are constantly down wherever and whenever unless it's an isolated area where there isn't a requirement of mass chunk loads.
Crash in several occasions e.g. opening bag, opening plat shop, inspecting players and just moving around in general, also crashed at global arena but that's kinda obvious.

Login to any toon on any map and game crashes once the screen is fully loaded.

iPhone 8 OS 12.1
Freezing and lag in carrow

The game crash on loading screen after log chart, can't even see the changes

iPhone 6 iOS 8.4.

Crashes upon trying to move. In arcane sanctum. All my graphics are the lowest. I can sign in and enter but pressing anything or moving makes the game crash instantly.
