Im i a bit ignorant on these acronyms please clarify what a NDA is.

NDA is a Non Disclosure Agreement. Previous One Thumb Beta testers have said that One Thumb Doesn't use them, so take the definition like a grain of salt..but...

It means that you can't talk about the content of beta on any other forums these or others, you can't talk to anyone other than other beta testers in sanctioned Beta Forums. It controls the leak of info while the beta gets tweaked and retweaked, you don't want a beta build leaked in any capacity because it is open to change and could be nothing like that at release. Breaking such an agreement kicks you from beta and usually any future betas from that company for life. It's an agreement that you sign off on in order to test the game.

NDA means a beta tester is muzzled, and can't talk at all about anything, total secrecy for the good of the game.

Wrong tea I use to post pics of beta and tests all the time an would tell my clan rapture eve and all you are not muzzled at all if you make beta tester you will be worried bout more things like leveling your character an staying alive the devs will probably handout some of ther magic so ther will be quick leveling an such ,all I had to do was ask Richard or rogue an they would say nay or yay on pics and such the beta forum is the place to post bugs and glitches and communications from devs and other beta testers it is the only place with a lockout no one Who is not a beta tester can go in the beta forum jus beta testers you'll also get a dark shade of green in your forum name I didn't agree to no NDA when I beta tested an suppose we probe won't this time around the best way to keep players intested is giv a lil candy then they will want all the candy in the candy bag the beta testers will see things in the beta world ther will be new beta updates sent thru email an run thru Testflight and a new Celtic heroes app which you will play in the beta world I beta tested update 1 and 2 never tested patches the devs did that they will close the beta world when the update is final an you will go back to the real world of Celtic and wait on the update to hit with all other players unless they the devs an admin change the way they do things maybe admin can clarify this more .....what bout it rich ,is it the same way as in past or a different way this time around

Nothing I said is wrong. They asked what a NDA is and I said what it was.

If One Thumb Doesn't use an NDA, then that's fine for them. But the question was what an NDA was for...and I answered that.

true tea true sorry my bad ,guess didnt read all the post but i dont think they use nda. stupid games like pocket legends and star legends an gameloft aka cashloft and order and chaos by the way i hate those games specially pl an sl and the developers spacetime, probaly one thumb is more independant seem to be more with their games they were in the first beta tests but who knows now guess we will see
