What store are those at?
They're from an item vendor in Shalemont Ravine. Its easily accessible but the developers may require a chain of quests to be able to buy them, depending on what they decide to do.

Death thank you so much for taking your time and posting these pictures, but, will there be any reasonable new priced armor?? Like maybe 20k for the entire outfit and not 90k per piece.
