Like the double plat idea, been waiting a long time for one ...
Some ideas I have, probably been mentioned but I don't want to read the other hundred posts lol
Lirs ground covered in confeti
Party hats
Present in beginning of event (big item)
Goodie bags at the end of the event(smaller item)
Increased item and gold drop rate (doesn't have to be by much)
Short quest line to get some other party item
Maybe 1.25 times the exp
10% sale on all items from traders( not plat shop)

A giant candle Wand, Sword, Bow, Dagger, Staff!!!

Why are People against that? Because YOU cant buy platinum?
Thats very selfish. Just keep in mind, YOU can only Play for Free because other Player buy platinum.
You should b thankfull to this players. There will be NO disadvantage for you through this.
You would just allow other People to Save Money. Whats Bad about this?

BTW: I understand the People who says : i just bought platinum so it would be Little stupid if you give it now that cheap away. But thats life. This would mean they could Never give Platin that cheap away. You should agree to half prieced Platin, Even if u cant buy now. If they do it, they maY do it later again, and maybe you can get it then.

Devs, here's the bottom line which you may already know. If you are planning on doing just one thing the plat idea would be bad. You would only be rewarding those that buy plat. Also, if you are going to do plat and an in game item, the item needs to be significant. Players that can't buy plat will feel like they got nothing when all they get is a small fashion item (party hat) and other players are cashing in with plat items. The rich will get richer and the poor will just have to keep grinding. You could do just the fashion item in game and you should get no complaints, except from the greedy. But then again that really doesn't benefit anyone. This event though should reward players and OTM for the accomplishments made in the first year of this game and encourage those of us to keep playing for years to come. Congrats OTM on a cutting edge mobile game! You truly have set the bar, keep raising it!

Yeah I agree, people that buy plat will benifit from double plat and people who don't wont get anyting but some small item like a hat. And congrats on your first year with Celtic heroes!

But guys, you don't understand. It is thanks to everyone that buys plats that this game is as much of a success as it is. It needs to be funded from somewhere.

If just 1 thing will happen, then 2 for 1 plat is a HUGE mistake. But If everyone could get some sort of significant once in a life time item, such as an extra gold % fashion hat or a clown morph charm. It would take the non-plat buyers minds off of the extra bonus (and deserved bonus) that the plat buyers get.
