2. Since you issued a ban on me. When will I be unbanned again since it is almost been half a year and the fact that I apologized to you and the appeal team. Is there anyway you can contact the team to make my process faster, exhausted from waiting.

It has been four months... No help at "Ask for Help" section nor appeal replying to my latest replied email... Frustrating isn't it?

Sure, it is, but the talk of banning isn't going to continue on the forums. Hopefully, we'll have some more hands to help get the all the tickets and emails finished soon. Until then, please remain patient.
