Remove fash tokens and add more chance for mounts

Also, + 1 token fash should never have been introduced in my opinion.

Edit: also add mount whistles

I was fine with it when I thought they would be limited release. 3 years later...

The biggest mistake with token fash was making them permanent additions. Idea of token was great, but like I and countless others said them, I say agin here, tokens were only great because they enabled carry over from event to event and this way we didn’t have 30 pink gloves that we couldn’t do anything with. When fashion just sits there they become useless.

Since my post that was quoted was from 2015 ima go out on a limb and say this is a necro.

I hope so, I'd like a higher droprate as well.
