Well, rangers are quite OP to start with, it just becomes more obvious now. I mean, they can bolas (don't get hit so much), have good armor (don't take so much damage) and have light heal (awesome heal, comparable to Druid heal even). It's not the new bosses that are flawed, it's the rangers...

I agree with that. I hate to say it (because I use it) but bolas should have the same cooldown as entangle.

Personally, bolas should be 1.5 x the cool down of the length of time it lasts.

And btw, my 142 warrior gets out dps'd by a 125 ranger in fights.
I am full dps (I think I know how to set it up by now)

They need a leash put on them.

On a side not, two rangers constantly bolasing can beat most bosses my themselves, tanks are now pretty worthless in boss fights, there is no need to make a tank other than for a few specific bosses.

Any fool who tells me a Mage can train faster then any other class is surly an idiot.

I can do what I do as a Mage cause I got 300 dollars in sigils as do all other Mages.
Not because I got a ranger with a build like:

1250hp
500mp
500+ points in Str
Bolas 30/30
First aid 30/30
Steady aim 30/30---\these two moves alone work
Rapid shot 30/30 ---/basically like attack and speed pots

Not to mention all that nice dps auto armor from the summer event.

My mage went from 1 to 60 in a couple hours, I do believe it is the easies to level to 80 if it is a second char and you have lux items.

Ya if you have lux like I pointed out earlier and sigils in later levels then yes.

But sigil for sigil and gear for gear (without much of each) melee classes take much less time.

Seriously? Whats with all the ranger hate today? I can tell you that there is no OP class, I have one of each class and they each have their strengths and faults. Sounds like a bunch of whiney children on the forums today.

I was asking why a lover level ranger can solo the armour bosses when I can beat them grouped with my level 105 druid.
The bosses freeze spell should either be less often or longer distances so that rangers can't simply run circles around said bosses.

I have been preaching Rangers have been so OP for ages.
OTM doesn't care or something would of been done by now.
I remeber when I first started playing and seen a few Rangers cheat A Full Shiver on the stairs, from that moment on I knew Rangers were the cheap and easy class.

Lol a 150 Mage calling any class op is just funny. The cheap and easy class... When your class can level to 100 far faster than any class. I don't know ranger might be a bit op , that or the whiners who call it op do not know how to play their own class to it's full potential. I'm going with the later.

When I saw this post I started laughing. Eliminater I just lost all respect for you in one post. First off. Mages are equal now and if you don't think that dont open your mouth, second off before the patch mages were the weakest class in the game, so if a 150 mage talks about a ranger being over powered im guessing he said that because he worked his ass off to 150 while being the weakest class in the game. Mages are finally equal and people dont even think twice before they say they arnt after all mages have been through. I have my opinion on mages awhile ago in the forums and I've done my *** about the class, my post directly changed the way mages are after patch and i hope you are satisfied with that.

Your respect can bite my arse for mages to call rangers op at this point is nutz , Mage is by far the easiest class to level to 100 hands down before and after the Mage patch. I didn't say anything about after 100 though any smart players want a Mage in their xp party before all others.

And as far as marko saying he leveled his ranger faster than Mage , your ranger had pimped out gear your Mage was in noob gear. With lux and without sigils Mage levels to 100 faster than all classes , ffs you can go 1-30 in a half hour.

And if you are 150 Mage and don't feel a bit op , you are a poor Mage.

Rangers are not the best in any category so i don't think they are OP at all. Maybe make bolas a little less accurate if this is the issue.

The only OP class in this game is mage. They can melee with the best in the game, cast, and go super support. With cloak they have hands down best DPS in the game and they can even tank some things with E shield. The only OP class SHOULD be warriors because like 70% of players are warriors and that's how the cookie crumbles. This is one of the worst balance games with regards to the balance of classes.

On this subject I also think rogues are underpowered in some regards.

Judging by your signature, your mage is a lure monkey, ofc thats why you beilive getting to 100 is easy, do wyverns with clans, and lix.

What if your a noob level 50 mage, no lux, no good clan (basically a newbie) with e shield cooldown, and no lux/regen, it'd taking about the same time as the druid..... Actually druids go faster, as they can root and vine multiple mobs, without worrying about HP.....

Warriors can just sit there and auto with max health and armour, mages have the shittiest of both of them
They dont have dps like rouges
They dont have high armour and health like warriors
They can't bolo walk mobs 10+ levels and do a light heal of 500 to make the damage go away
They can't heal themselves for a 700, and just jump back into a battle.


And please, for the love of god, dont use the retarded support unfathomable on me

No mage under level 100 (besides alts) would actually go support to level....
