Frozen armor is already easy dont make it easier if u need orbs kill placeholder and bosses in a week i can get 30 from minions and bosses. Take it step by step orbs will come no need to make all minions drop them more often.
This is true. And its not about how high your level so you can easily farming it. Its about how often you check the minions. If you re lazy and just wait at the castle for someone to sell it, you wont get it fast. Ive been through this in many worlds, even in some busy worlds like morrigan/rosmerta, its still easy to find it. My advice, dont put too much attention on getting the frozen, just leveling until you are high enough to farm the minion by your self (130ish should be fine, since i think Pyrus minion is 125 - i could be wrong, havent done this for so long). Do not depend on grouping with other ppl and hoping to get it. Trust me its easy if you keep checking the minions regurarly regardless how many people doing it at the same time. And to answer your question, im sure that all worlds have no shortage on orb of frost. As for the crest shortage, from what ive seen it happened in several worlds, only for purple and yellow Bear that is always hard to find. Purple and yellow Lion are easier to find than Bears. Since the number of rogues and rangers are always more than other classes and also the location of Grommak is close by the busy path which everyone passing by from tower leystone to some important bosses. They re always looking to grommak spot while passing by to other places. It makes grommak getting kill faster after respawn than any other crest bosses.
