Hi there, any posts with some kind of useful nature are fine.

So critical posts for example 'otm sucks because the zones are too small' is fine because there is some point being made about zones.

Posts like 'otm sucks, boycot otm' or 'xyz person sucks he looks stupid' isn't fine because it's a completely useless post. These kind of posts only come up occasionally and they in general will get moderated.

Threatening posts towards individuals, the company, clans will usually get moderated at first, then the users warned, and then finally banned from forums.

Threatening posts towards individuals, the company or clans that have 'real world' threats are things we have to take seriously and will most likely result in a forum and in game ban without warning.

Note these things happen very rarely and the more severe ones have happened only a handful of times, but it's very important to note this is a moderated forum for the benefit of players to share information and increase their enjoyment from the game, and not somewhere to get threatened or harassed.

Well you have banned players without warning without violating the ToU of forums. ether heavy critics some changes can you tell me how many warning you gave to players you have ban none ..... Just to keeping then silence until. Ppl get issue to changes .


Some players have put 1000 of sigils they should be aggravate. Like said here on forums are speaking the leaders from the 3 major clan on danu and nobody likes those changes.

I don't know th circumstances, but maybe this advice may help. When complaining about something, do not insult OTM and just post negative comments. Instead, say specifically what you don't like and how you could improve it. Don't get angry; remain calm and help the development team out.

When some people have put thousands of dollars/pounds /euros or w.e into this game and the game isnt going how they want. They have made suggestions over and over and over again but none seem to have been heard? When you try to make game balanced show them what they have done wrong and why and when its just seems to get ignored. Then people get annoyed and rage. People do feel ignored on this game many time great skill suggestions have happened and rubbish ones have seem to gotten through? Great ideas for update and improving end game content happened but instead they haven't bothered or so it seems. This is update 4 with no real pvp no sieges no real competition all players want to do is help and we are ignored. Its a massive problem posted so many times about rogue skills and problems and nothing is done... The personally puts me into a rage cause the money i have spent on the game.

Personal attacks are never intended but the reason they happen is pure frustration from the game and how it doesnt seem to develop into much more then a money grabbing system. I dont mind paying for a game which listens to the players which not 6 months ago seemed to work great but paying for a game which no longer listens an seems to be going no where anytime soon makes me think why bother?

I understand completely and i dont know if you read my post but i agree. There should of been some ferm warning. I cant see why it has come to that but imo he has right to complain if he thinks the game is not to his likeing he is a costumer and if a costumer doesnt like the product they can consoling end of.

I can understand forums but his ingame account that's not cool

On my main forum account I always have defend ToS and always been against the flexible and elastic implementation of those terms the we all aggre to play the game.

Just a reminder respect the ToS and what ever you do dont get your game account banned if you do, you will loose all options.

Disclaimer this is just a warning to community to avoid been banned on game do to possible options outside game.

yup no need to get mad at otm...
unless its a major problem and you lost like millions of gold or RL money...
