I'm pretty sure back in the day update 2 before pages they dropped ancient offhand weapons like the ancient kite sheild and ancient towet sheild the otherworld guys along with the sidth buda or watevet and astrial dropped them

What's the skill next to double attack?
Distract, it lowers your aggro similar to calm, but only on yourself, almost no rogues use it to my knowledge due to the fact it has to be filled with points to counteract the high dmg they usually do.

its a excellent skill if using idols is a concern when taking bosses.

The harbinger drops around 600 gold or higher and rarely drop diamonds, emeralds, etc. They frequently drop pages however.
