I think he stopped grinding at 196. The last 4 levels was simply Killain+Wyverns quest.

I think I am at an advantage as far as leveling goes , I actually enjoy it 198 199 and 200 I did almost exclusively through quest xp , although each level I ran a handful of lix they were more for the fun of it rather than for actual xp

Jk , my getting the kill had more to do with how we set up groups than actual damage , I have been lucky enough though to get the kill on every boss in the game at least once
