This is currently towards end of v4 so I think it's showing a fair increase in price, especially seeing how OP the gear isAnd when in U3 were thier 2m gold items in the lux shop? lol. Back then the most expensive thing was 250k! Most expensive event item was 200 k!We do the same thing, plus even then it's only people in lock grp that get gold. OTM should not make plat items a necessity of killing these bosses. Having to alt or rebirth every time and be on luxes is ridiculous.I don't know if I want to get the new lux.
And also I agree gold should be increased from mobs.
Boss drops give a lot but we have to hand boss gold in for my clan to buy rebirths Alts and elixers.
As for making gold lol it's so easy compared to v3. There are way more bosses and better farming places and gold mobs. I'd say it's significantly easier to get now then compared to then and the lux price have only doubled and that's only from the 85% mount, actual gear has only got up to 1.5m. Although maybe a slight increase in gold drops for higher leveled mobs.

#22In 10 hour you got a lot of money
In sewer at smuggs i get definatly 1 chest per 10 minutes, this means 6 chests per hour means 144 chests per 24 hours. Chests sell 3-4k each this means 144x4=566k in 24 hours, than u also can get skill tomes including shadowstrike you will prob get 1 tome per 2-4 hours this means 50k per tome so 12x50= 600k or 6x50 is 300k (this is more likely)
Other tomes also worth money
And you will get gold from mobs this makes 566k + 300k =866k + gold from mobs + other drops

#26How do you farm 200-300k a day?Not true. I can farm up to 200-300k a day if I tried...and considering yule just started it would be easy to buy the lux before It endedRealistically the only way someone can get a set without selling a ton of gear is by buying $200 in plat...
I agree that the new lux is great, but OTM should really stop raising prices without making it easier to get gold. For example, most mobs drop 30 gold avg, in order to reach 1 million, you have to kill 33,334 mobs...that is insane, and thats not even most expensive item in the shop by far. Most of the items are over 1m. Even 4-6k from bosses wont make much of a difference in that.
OTM has seriously got to make gold easier to get. I'm not sayin anything against buying plat, I've bought large amounts of plat before, but it is extremely hard to get large amounts of gold by simply farming/boss hunting...
Dont forget to count what mobs drop like the 5k boggan drops and the wyrms special drops

#27I'm baffled at the people complaining that this lux is so expensive lol... A) it's as good as half, if not more, than the end game loot which takes a lot longer to achieve then farming a few days. B) You shouldn't be able to farm a day and be able to buy anything and everything, that would make the game boring after a week. C) In v3 there were half as many bosses as there are now AND there were no money bosses or hawkhursts to farm, or pirates and the best item was divine broom worth 1m. If you had 1m back then you just about HAD to buy plat otherwise it would take forever to get that much

#29Why do we even call it a luxury shop anymore? We should call it "legendary shop or horrors" horrors meaning overpriced of everything lol. The problem with the regen rings or braces and such is they only seem slightly better than the ones that are sold in the regular luxury shops thats why i never bother to buy them. If they all have 60 rejuv then i would probably buy them.

A Mage is like a Lamborghini, You don't get one as your first car or daily driver and there are cheaper cars that go faster and are more comfortable anyway.
