Happened to me:/ i opened the topic and saw the pic just as one of my friends was next to me she didnt say anything but probably things im a pertvet now ._. I did my best to explain but dont think she believed me, i was browsing a gaming forum and it popped up is a lame excuse :3

If you are banned, then chances are, your IP is dynamic. This means you will be able to log on if you use another WiFi network or 3G location.
