My understanding is you can only ask for a refund once a month and within 3 days of purchase. So, to me, it seems he can ask for his monthly refund if all his items were bought and refund requested at the same time
Correct, they are able to offer a refund on items which have been recently bought from a vendor in some circumstances.
- Examined on a case to case basis
- Item to be refunded must be reported within 3 days
- One refund claim per calendar month per account.
- Limited to 3 items per claim
Notice the difference between claim and item. This means you can ask for a refund on
UP TO 3 items ONCE every month.
