What beast sits upon this throne?!

In the middle of the map between the two paths to the Bloodgrove in stonevale. I show the map in the video. Im not sure what this mob is for though. He didn't drop anything; just gold. This is the first time I've seen him up so I don't know how often he spawns.

It's a level 80 boss, who only drops gold. He does have some rather fancy attack animations, however, so if you can take the damage it's fun to sit there and watch him attack you before you kill him.

A guy with a hog spawns there the hog being on the chain as u attack the guy cuts the chain and jumps on the hog and starts attacking he drops like 800 gold is he ment for somethinv or just a minor gold boss?
