Re: Purchasable skill points

If you put them in chests it's the same as making them purchasable by plat... People buy thousands of chests so they will get tons of skill points, if you make them from bounties and tradeable people like plus3(no offence man) will get there 10trillion low lvl Alts and farm bounties for these pts
I doubt that will happen. Sigils, lixes etc are all sold ad well. If skillpoints drop from chests and aren't too rare they will be sold as well. In time the prices on them will settle to a reasonable price. It's pay to win, but it wont make a character op.

What would happen if they made skill points purchasable from plat store while maintaining the level caps on skill allocation? So at lvl 90 you could still only have up to 25points per skill. But you could have ALL your skills at 25 if you got ahold of dad's credit apple

Without being able to buy stat points you would have to then spend lots more on LUX to make your purchased skill points sustainable.

I'm not suggesting it per say. Just curious the fall out.

Lets say this can be done, so at lvl 25 you maxed your druids skills example is bark. What is the druids energy pool at 25? 100 ?

And how much is 25 point bark skill.. 300? Which means you wont have enough energy at low level with maxed skills, isnt.

So it balances itself out right? You can max more skills, at the cost of a greater energy consumption you may not be able to handle

But then again if they are plat purchased, at low levels you can also kinda plat your way into a lot of things. If I had the same gold into a Druid I did into my warrior, I could probably survive with maxed skills. But as a warrior, maxed skills are pointless as I already have a lot of the skils that are actually useful maxed so yeah.

Yea, let's just break the game. -1,000,000,000

I think there should be a few extra points in lower game, at lvl 30, you can get 15/15 on 2 skills and have 2 worthless points in meditate. Maybe a 5 point bonus when reaching lvl 30?
Besides that, skills are a dime a dozen already.
I've noticed this at 175 already having 4 maxed 50/35 skills and 1 at 38/35 I still have 5 points left over waiting for the cap increase at 180. No one needs 6/50 calm
