I do think we're allowed to use it, but on the same time its absurd its not nerfed. A skill that has 0 skill points invested should not hit higher than a maxed skill, and that skill is also instant, its quite op.

I hate dueling players that want to use dmg skills from their jewelry. Use your skills not your jewelry
On my Druid I used to use the freeze skill from the old lux storm skimmer. And people said the same thing, it's pvp, it's no holds barred, using jewelry and weapon skills is smart gameplay, using your assets to full affect. If you don't like it, don't duel anyone with a wyld Ammy.

I don't and I won't. I'm a believer of using your skills for pvp not jewelery
