How hard can it be, after all other games implemented it decades ago

Other games run different game engines. My point was that it might not be possible with the current engine...I don't know if it is or not, since I obviously don't know anything about game coding.

He means that considering how new the engine we have on CH is compared to the games that had it decades ago, we highly doubt its impossible to make one with this engine, especially considering how much pride OTM takes in that engine.

They use the Unity 3D engine that other developers have had no trouble making auction houses with.

So going back to FISHING...

By fishing, do You mean pressing the screen twice, waiting, getting a fish then doing it again?
Sounds real fun. Did it twice the other day, then spent more time wondering how in the hell any human being could think, not only that this is fun but this was worthy of a YEAR of programming time.

The community should be outraged. This is insulting to those that keep supporting this game. Luckily, i don't anymore, so i find it more Humorous then insulting personally.

well, there isnt much else that can be done...combat is essentially the same, except you have more things to press.

To be fair you really should equip the "reel in"'skill from the rod you are using. Without that it takes longer to fish.

So it's not tap the screen twice unless you are lazy. It's tap the screen twice then tap it over the button two maybe three times.

Well, what's really disappointing is the fact oh how rare it is to even get an item required for the bear. I have been fishing vigorously as soon as the update released, even reached level 54 fishing, just trying to get at least 1 item, spent over 100k already on draughts as well. This brings a lot of frustration into the gameplay of fishing. I have played the beta and never realized how hard it will be to even get a bear, only because of being able to get the pet right on the spot. If I would have realized this through beta, I would have said something about it then. I just wish they would have came out with a different solution on this like, gather up 100 of each fish for each item or something in that area. It's more likely people would be fishing more, with a solution to obtaining a bear like that, instead of having players ALREADY quitting fishing because of the extreme rarity of items. Big thumbs down for the time being.

I'm pretty sure not one player got one item needed for the bear in either iOS beta the entire time. I asked around a lot and no one had gotten or heard of one dropping. This was reported several times; admin assured us the drop rate was correct and working.

I myself leveled to 50 twice (because of the free combos mostly).

Btw you may want to craft up some fishermans lunch (or whatever it's called) it regens 5 concentration per tick for 15 min and it is cheap to make.

Well see, the problem is that I didn't use any elixers to get to this level 54 so I was assuming I would have at least one of the drops right now. I have obtained a crumbling item in beta, but the drop rate makes many many people frustrated. As you said it has been reported. I just dont see myself fishing trying to get a bear that would probably take me a while to get. The whole reason many people are fishing is for the pet now, not the experience, even though it's a great experience. It lets people "get away from it all." I have used and been using the broths for fishing, also the rings help me, in total I have 93 power without any broth that only adds +3. The broth is good, BUT not great at this time because of my total concentration and power already, that is why I am spending so much on draughts. At level 54 with a concentration of 1106, I would want to have a better broth than that. I'm afraid that I will be level 55 before the next update comes out as well and probably reach level 56 since my experience from the "Pinching Pilchards" quest is getting capped out slowly. Also, I keep having people ask me how I am getting passed level 50 in fishing, was that not supposed to happen?

Esqulax told me that there was no level cap at this time on fishing.
