Rosmerta is dominated by Clan Forever. There are alternatives though, if what you're after is a challenger clan. Elysian are a fun clan and competition between Forever and Elysian is usually good natured; both leaderships encourage sporting behaviour. We are mostly all mutual friends across the clans. Elysian can't really challenge Forever at the raid bosses though - if you want to kill bosses and get gear on Rosmerta you need to be in Forever.
