My 2nd point is OTM can make resets but no idea why people stop their lives for it and complain about say, a reset being canceled? 10/10 gaurentee a ton of players who are agreeing with those messages or the points being made dont understand anything about the work that goes behind running celtic heroes.

I don't think players got upset because the reset got cancelled.

People got upset because OTM did not notify players that they were postponing the reset, until Muldar stepped in 2 hours later. It's not cool making people wait, especially for nothing.

Yeah their internet went down, but did U.K.'s cell network go down too? Someone besides Muldar (who had a day off) could've logged in and say reset is postponed. If this happened in our company, while it may not get someone fired, it definitely would've had a negative effect on someone's annual performance review.

I don't need to know what goes on behind running a game company, but I know that customer service and keeping your customers informed is important in any kind of business.

For me, there is a cost, mostly time, but the game and the community makes the cost seem minuscule. Logging in for resets is a blast, even if it means waking up at 6:55 am :/ , because I enjoy the game. Nonetheless, there are those that the cost is too high and thus they go inactive or quit for a while. But isn't this the case for anything. You do something for as long as the benefits out weigh the costs, but when the tide turns you stop.
Then again killing mordy at 7:30 while riding my bike to class is probably not the best idea xD

I just got goosebumps from that description of everyone banding together that sounds awesome
