I can log in, but it takes me to the character creation screen. My characters are not there. Please help.

You need to make a character, then when you get to the character selection screen, change the world back to mahon. After a server reset, you occasionally get logged onto a new server, and it's a simple matter of changing back to your original one.

As happy as i am to be able to play celtic again; can we expect some form of pixelated compensation for being locked out of the game for over 20 hours?
