Admin and OneThump are UK based. And you are posting in the middle of the European night that the admin doesn't respond. It's night here, the admin and his crew has to sleep sometimes!

Still no change

Same still no change in the recovery of my items, and still no word back from the admin after I mailed him. 3rd in game report was sent yesterday no response to any of those.

"Today" has came and went, and yet my items are still missing, i am very angey that your faulty game lost our items, and now you wont even post a reply to update us on the situation, it has already been 3 days, and i dont see that any of the support or admins are doing anything about this.

We are all upset about our items. I know the process you have to go through cant be easy, but three days should be enough time to get items back that the bank glitched. Seriously how many more days do you need to fix this problem. I dont care about all the items I lost just give me back my warden and pathfinder items.

Atleast keep us updated about the retrieval of our items.
