Maxing mastery takes around 25hrs, at max mastery you’ll make exq fruit cake around 35% of the time, same with exq bara. But below around 1600 mastery you’ll only get about 5-10% exq rate. Imo if 1 gets nerfed, the other has to as well. I think buffing the cooking boss drop rate to 3 every time would make caviar more worth it than bara
