THe only way ive found to recording your screen is to have a jailbroken device

there is a paid app but is said to be glitchy and a low quality version of its jailbroken counterpart - i will buy tho

edit: its been deleted from app store - gonna have to camera it

Camera + tripod is also possible. My best option I guess. I tried Idemo. You can use it with a mac + ipad/ipod/iphone I'm not sure with windows but I'm sure it's possible. It still lags but I think it's the best way for all of you guys.
Oh I din't came that far with capturing but you probably need screen capture for pc/mac as well.

Idemo = around 10 euro's
I suggest watch some video's before buying and see if it is worth it.
