Scroll of rooting isn't technically discontinued, you can still get them from the faerie quest(unless this has been changed in the last few months)

It's a nooby lvl 40-60 quest in sv for the tam Lin guy..
Name - 5000 (5k)
Class - ranger
Lvl - 76+
Clan BadaBing
