Almost all skills are only useful maxed.No u can simply put less points into it.. Say level 180 ranger 30 skill points in sharp add 5 from DL thats 35 and then that 15 point skill ring as mentioned. Just bcuz u can put points up to 40 doesn't mean u have to.. Place them elsewhere. With dl armor and 180 u should be able to max like 6 skills if you played long enough.
An offhand wep or an unnormal wep like hammer, knuckles etc. Would be cool.

Are you seriously asking otm to add "unnormal" gear as the drop from the very end game boss ? I assume you didnt experience much of aggys abnormal nonsense. Show me a rogue or ranger using a trident as main weapon , ffs I have 2 light heal dex bracers that have GD spear skill on them , ffs man.
A lightning hammer, look at the map near his cave. It clearly has a picture displaying a hammer enchanted with lightning . Would be a cool item, but idk for any non melee classes.What do you all think that Mordris will drop when the loot tables are made?
I am predicting offhands to go with the Aggy weps.
