#32Indeed. Forgot about that extra dmg. But I have to disagree with the dagger for dps thing... I was lvling with a rogue and I out dps them easily. They had similar gear so it wasn't due to that. It's really about how you cast/auto with spear. When I was a dagger rogue I also HAD to use pots to solo lvl no matter what gear or build. Not anymore though, my fast reflexes makes up for lack of points in dex and high vit ensures skill hits don't kill me since that's the main source of dmg for mobs against me. I can't vouch for being op after 180 since I'm not there yet but I did see a 180+DL duel yesterday between rogue and warrior... Rogue did win.IMO dagger rogues are better for lvling and dps, but spears are better for pvp. but actually, a rogue in full DL will beat a warrior in full DL in pvp cuz rogue's armor adds the free damage. for 180+ rogues are OP in everything!Idk... See as a spear rogue I can kill warriors in pvp pretty easily. Killed a warrior with 5 lvls on me (course he idol killed me like a _____). If the warrior has full frozen or DL then forget it though... It's possible but not likely to win in that case.warrior for tanking, dominating in arena or being a tank/ok dps hybrid, rogue for out dpsing, lvling and soloing. DO NOT be a warrior if u want to be full dps, and DO NOT be a rogue if u want to tank. if u want my opinion, im a rogue.
To OP:
BEWARE! If you choose to go with a spear rogue you will have to be quite attentive whilst lvling. Cast method is key with spear and if done right the dps is amazing and in turn lvling is a bit faster. There is a wonderful sticky guide by RedRogue in rogue section (will link for ya). One last thing to keep in mind is the skills necessary for spear efficiency... You will need all the attack skills you can get, skewer, shadowstrike, double attack, life steal(optional) and obviously the skills that you get via main quest and such.

#33Currently running a spear build on my alt and am loving it. Read the update 4 solo spear guide by redrogue and am following it mostly, except I don't have double attack

#34I only have 2 Characters a Rouge and a Druid and i personally like Rouge the most but i can see where people are coming on the warrior side ive lost to so many warriors in pvp because of their high defense so if you wanna be a tank go warrior if u want to just own everything in your path go rouge

#35Actually it's more cause of armor than def... :pI only have 2 Characters a Rouge and a Druid and i personally like Rouge the most but i can see where people are coming on the warrior side ive lost to so many warriors in pvp because of their high defense so if you wanna be a tank go warrior if u want to just own everything in your path go rouge
