Not much different from the Yule skimmer.. Instead of regen you get the stats of a 100 lux vit shield without the vit. There's more energy regen and the proc does 500 more damage than the yule. (500 per tick, not overall).
The freeze is instant cast. Sure it's not long range but do you really need that at 80% speed?
You cant really compare it to any other 1m mount.

As far as I'm concerned it's better than any 1m mount I have seen.

I think they should be offering longer refunds on the Mount and the str ammy as I really can't blame those who bought them for assuming they function differently.
The fact is their descriptions were easily misleading-- and I don't consider that the players fault.

Agree, otherwise the following new Lux items should be tagged as buy at your own risk. Because not all players in android servers are from an ios servers. The game is new for most of us who preferred using android gadgets than iGadgets.

First of all the info details of the skill is incomplete at first I thought the skill is broken and I learned the reason when I made this topic. Second, we thought that the skill duration effects is same with Sunshards but it's not because it cancel the skill when you attack the mob under the spell.

I'm hoping OTM will make a case to case exemptions for refunds. Even in real life if you bought a defective items you can always return it and get a refund or simply replace it with non defective items. If these are not possible then perhaps follow what they put in the item description. Make it work as it should be and as we expected.

With the amount of employee hours spent simply returning purchases to players they should simply automate the system.

Make each item refundable *one time only* per account with a time remaining that can easily be seen. After the first refund it would pop up saying or give notice the trial period has expired.

Moreover if there is a glitch or bug with the item offering a window for everyone to get a refund becomes a 10 minute coding affair instead of a never ending two week nightmare for some underpaid intern.

Not only would this clarify what OTMs policy is, it would speed up refunds and save OTM a bajillion hours of manual labor that should be going into updates instead.

Personally I liked the mount and got one for my mage. It helps on bosses where my freeze misses and also helps with solo bossing when I need a couple of sigil ticks to completely heal up and regain energy.

One more concern, when sending a ticket should I use my druid alt (the one keeping the mount) or I can send a ticket using my main (cuz this is more I use)? thanks again.

I'm sure it doesn't matter but personally I'd transfer the weapon to the main character and keep it in his bag, then send the in game support email using that character and specifying which character on the account is holding the weapon couldnt hurt.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe once the item has been moved to a different character, there is no more refunding. But I do not know this for fact so please do not quote me on this.
