lol clan banks all have unwanted items. If all bosses drop items that players will actually use, there is no need for "clan banks", and clans will be done with bosses faster.Get rid of clan banks and the hoarding of items will stop. When the hoarding stops people will progress. When people progress people enjoy the game more.
